As required, the gift shop was designed as an integration of an existing shop. Given the size and long shape of the location, the entrance of the shop takes place in the existing shop through an connecting corridor. In this way , the only access to the road is used as a windows. The project interprets imposed constraints by the spaces conformation of the local and the connecting corridor and transform them into an organic design of the walls, that drives the buyer to discover the shop and exhibits. Even the pavement that connects the different floors of the existing shop and the new hall is made with an inclined plane. The linking corridor of the two stores has a sinuous and harmonic character through the use of plasterboard curved walls, in which are inserted same tape windows, at eye level. Also the showroom has an organic design underlined by some elements (the base of the stands, the ceiling and MDF panel used as coating of the walls), that reduce the “corridor effect” produced by the long plant.
