Who We Are

NUOVIPROGETTI s.r.l. is a company that conducts PLANNING and INTEGRATED ENGINEERING services. The society have been founded in 2014, thanking to the partner’s’ long-time experience, and it has actively participate in the sector of city planning, building construction and interior design since 1989. The activities carried out, for public authorities and individuals, in the whole time bestow concreteness to the baggage of experiences, which range from the conception to the realization, and more over to administrative and procedural questions linked to the work to finish.

Our experts are able to identify customers’ necessities and to build and share a way capable to answer their planning, designing and engineering requirements. The solutions that we propose are based on the need of the customers and on the institutional and environmental background.

PLANNING

The scientific and professional application area, concerning the foreshadowing of the project and study of environmental, territorial and urban, involved partners of Nuoviprogetti since the university. The experience and professional design, management consulting, planning and administration made it possible to develop planning activities until the executive area, with a unitary approach, which proceeds from the values to vocations to define the framework of opportunities and the resulting strategies.

BUILDING

Functionality and sustainability are at the heart of our projects. Our architecture takes shape of the clever dialogue between form and function; they live in the comparison of the architectural object with the city and the environment. The aesthetic qualities of architecture are never an end in themselves but tend to express the dialectical relationship between the object and function in the context it explicated. The beautiful architecture and lives in the beautiful city in the right territorial framework. The beautiful architecture interacts with the environment and with their users. It was the instrument of individual and social welfare.

INTERIOR DESIGN

The interior design, both in new construction and refurbishment, arises from the intense dialogue with the customer. By this, starting from the interpretation of architectural space, it is shared design philosophy and defined the project objectives to be achieved. These are translated by our professionals in elements able to return the environmental qualities, perceptive and desired functional, integrating design and construction technology choices, in order to arrive at a design solution focused on the customer.

Maria Ferrara

Maria Ferrara has graduate in Architecture at the University of Naples Federico II in 1988 with honors. Since 1989, performs professional services on an individual basis and in association with other professionals.

City planner

Francesco Crispino

Francesco Crispino he graduated in Architecture at the University of Naples Federico II in 1988 with honors. Since 1989 he has worked as a professional covering a variety of roles in the private sector and in public administration. Currently has been working as a freelancer and teaches at the Department of Architecture "Luigi Vanvitelli" of the Second University of Naples.
