In one of the most beautiful streets of Naples, we realized this luxurious flat for a couple of young professionals.
It is situated on the top floor of an ancient building and it has got a wonderful panoramic view on the gulf. This element guided us in the choice of the layout.
Everything focuses on the comfortable living area that has two large windows and enjoys the splendid view. The living room is related to the dining area and the kitchen through a large sliding glass door that allows the space to expand in accordance with the use. Indeed, when the door is fully open the dining area is completely integrated into the living room.
The sliding doors system is integrated in an elegant, handcrafted woodwork that characterises the entire living room. In the boiserie there are numerous storage units and a splendid fireplace with a marble (AZUL IMPERIALE) frame, that was made to design.
Space, in this flat, has been maximised. Indeed, at the entrance, due to the height available (over 4 metres), we have designed a loft area to be used as a storage room, which has been completely integrated into a complex system of countertops.
In the sleeping area we were able to use the existing mezzanine, which was restored and used for walk-in wardrobes.
The master bedroom (which also has a large window with a view) has a double height too. Its walk-in wardrobe, placed on the mezzanine, overlooks the bedroom, creating a pleasant and comfortable double suite. For this room too, we chose a boiserie system that allows us to integrate all the service elements of the bedroom, such as wardrobes, storage units and the staircase leading to the mezzanine.
As final result: it is a flat in which all the space is used, organised and liveable in a classic/contemporary style.
